In summer

Summer is a good season in Uzbekistan. There are three months in summer: june,july and august. It is usually hot is summer. The sun always shines in june and july. It is sometimes cloudy and warm in august. River water is warm. We often swim. We can play tag,play see-saw,play hopscotch,play games and run. It is a lot of fun. We eat grapes,apple,plums,apricots,watermelons,melons,peaches,cherries and pears. We can have tomatoes,potatoes,onion,carrots,cabbages eggplants,cucumbers, and peppers.we love summer in Uzbekistan.



Activity 3 a. speak about spring,autumn and winter in Uzbekistan. Ask thepupils to open their workbooks page 28 and find information about their season in the table. after the pupils look through the information,explain that they must discuss and write a text about their season like the one in activity 2.

Activity 3 b. make presentation about a seasons in Uzbekistan. to make a presentation about a seasons; to develop the pupils’ presentation skills. The group make a presentation about their season that they prepared in activity 3. You can put the groups’ posters around the classroom and if time allows,ask the groups to go and read the other groups’ posters.

New theme: butterfly,fly

Objective; to introduce the new vocabulary.

Vokabluary: butterfly,grasshopper,caterpillar.

Step 1. Play the DVD. Ask the pupils sing together with the DVD.

Teacher asks the pupils to look at the first picture and the word butterfly. Teacher ask what butterfly is in mother tangue. Then teacher ask pupil to look at the words slow under the word butterfly. Pupils guess its translation in mother tangue.



2. listen and try to pronounce new words.

grashhopper

hop,hop,hop.

My, what

A grasshopper hops.

Twenty times its length

Hop in the grass

Or on a single blade,

Hop in the sun

Or hop in the shade.

Farmer says.grasshopper,

Stay of my crop:

There gois the grasshopper,

Hop,hop,hop.

Objectives: to repeat learn words in previous lesson,to checkpupil’s homework

Teacher fastens on the black board flashcard of insects. The other side of cards must be in different colours. Teacher gives pupils a little time to memorize the places of cards. Then teacher turns cards to other side. Teacher says the names of insects one by



One and pupils guess the place of cards. Pupils can use colours.

Teacher: -where is butterfly?

Puils: -it’s a yellow card.

Homework: ask the pupil new words about insect. Mach the questions and answer from workbook.
