12. Registration of students’ educational achievements

12.1 The history of students’ educational achievements is reflected in:
• In the record indicating disciplines, teachers, results of midterm and final control, interim and final assessment, as well as all professional training;
• in the transcript, which contains a list of mastered disciplines for the corresponding training period, indicating credits and marks in letter and digital terms, as well as GPA.
12.2 Educational achievements (knowledge, abilities, skills and competences) of students are estimated according to the 100-point scale corresponding to the letter system accepted in the international practice (positive marks from "A" to "D", "FX" "F" are "unsatisfactory" -) with the corresponding digital equivalent on a 4-point scale.
12.3 Organization of Students’ educational achievements control system is carried out by the office of the registrar, who is subject to the Director of the Students’ Services Center.
12.4 The Registrar's Office records the students’ educational achievements on the platform Univer throughout the entire training period, which is reflected in the transcript in the prescribed form. The transcript is placed in the student's personal account, and the official form is issued at the request of the student for the entire period of his training.
12.5 The transcript contains all the final assessments of the student, including the positive results of re-mastering the discipline and re-passing the exams, in case of receiving an unsatisfactory "FX" rating.
12.6 The transcript shall be issued to the student by the Registrar's Office in the established form:
• for deduction, academic mobility, internship abroad;
• to issue an order for a discount in payment, Presidential and registered scholarship;
• for transfer from the contractual basis to the state educational grant;
• for professional training in companies;
• for recieving a loan in banks;
• for transfer within the university and to other universities;
• for PhD students after defending a PhD thesis for submission to CCFES MES RK, and is also issued for persons who passed the difference in prerequisites studied at the university within academic mobility (external, internal).
12.7 An appendix to the diploma is drawn up in Kazakh, English and Russian on the basis of the transcript with all passed educational disciplines, all types of professional training and the results of the final state assessments, and disciplines’ volumes in credits with the indication of GPA.
