For database operators:
● Upload 3D models to Nfinite:
● Create and check csv for integration on Nfinite
● Insertion of csv on Nfinite creation of digital twins if requested by 3D modeling manager or
3D pole manager
● Insert zips in digital twins
● Creation of new product sheets on DataHub
● Verification and correction of DataHub product sheets if necessary
● Verification of product presence on DataHub
For recruiters:
● Search for new candidates for the 3D modeler position (freelance)
● Explain the working conditions and requirements

● Negotiate prices with candidates
● Act as a link between the candidate and the team leader during the test
● Create the modeler database
● Payment 50 euros plus 5% of money transfer commissions if needed per hired modeler.
Modeller is find if he hase successfully passed Nfinite’s test and has accepted our price
policy.
For 3d model checkers:
● Ensure the quality of the 3D models (about 800 models / month):
● compare model previews with reference images, identify defects in model proportions, shape,
texture
● check the dimensions of the model
● transmit modifications to the modelers if needed and follow up the realization of the
modifications
● report to the project manager when the models are ready
● Control the delivery of the models in the requested Drive files
● Control the conformity of the angles of view for the packshots (Infinite) and quality
(resolution, good textures, angles of view) of the packshots made by the providers.
For modeler managers:
● Study the timing, costs and feasibility of new projects (ready to be launched in production)
● Manage 3D modeling projects and packshots:
● Checks the quote sent to the client to be able to give the right costs to the modelers and
graphic designers. Alert the Project Manager if there is a problem with the quote
● Assign new projects to DB Managers to ensure that the templates are not already in place
● Verify the lists to be modeled and send an alert email to the Project Manager if some models
cannot be realized
● mention of the complexity of the models and their costs in the follow-up table
● assigning projects to modelers (classic modeling) or PBR Cluster Managers (PBR modeling),
to graphic designers (packshots), and to 3D Model Checkers
● cost negotiation with modelers and graphic designers

● check packshot previews (without Infinite), launch packshots on the platform if needed (with

● Manage delivery times for each stage of the projects
● Manage payments to modelers and graphic designers (packshots): check and store invoices
sent at the end of the month and insert payments in the modeling tracking table
● Search, recruit, train, register and grade new modelers and packshots
● Participate in the testing and evaluation of new work platforms or tools
