I have witnessed tremendous growth in Khabibullokh Gafurjonov over the course of his student year, and I am certain that the skills and abilities he has developed will allow him to excel in any job. I have managed Khabibullokh Gafurjonov in stressful and complicated projects requiring high levels of intelligence and understanding: he met every challenge, deadline, and goal presented and tackled every problem with passion and talent. Many of the solutions Khabibullokh Gafurjonov proposed were insightful and practical, and he showed a remarkable capacity for solving big problems. His innovative ideas and solutions increased his group’s grades and improved its motivation, and he has made valuable contributions in other areas as well. For example, he is class president and he does it with ease.
Khabibullokh Gafurjonov becane not only as a useful individual student to our university, but also as a cooperative and young, attentive team-player. His actions consistently inspired and motivated our other students even if he is the youngest in his group. He understood intuitively when his classmates were confused, lost, or off-track, and brought those friends back on study without judgment. He was also aware of rifts developing during group projects, and her management skills reunited groups without making either side feel defensive or alienated.
In the 1.5 years that I have known and worked with Khabibullokh, I have developed enduring respect for both his ethic study and his problem-solving abilities. I saw Khabibullokh when he first came to TUIT last year. It took him only a week to become trusted and motivator class president. Judging by his activity in class, his performance, and his grades, I would easily consider him to be the highest performing student in my class.

He can also offer himself to several organizations and enterprises. He always supports others. For example, he built several hand-giving Telegram bots to people and also, created a webpage that shows weather of selected city and country.
