The device for collecting and processing information looks like an industrial computer device placed in a sprung 19-inch rack. It also contains communication interfaces and specialized software. It performs the following functions:

  interrogation of measurement equipment

  interrogation of telemetry systems
  
• 
  compiling a local database of information
  
• 
  measurement channel management process
  
• 
  local data reporting
  
• 
  interaction with the Monitoring Center using the communication system

6. Communication system
Under the communication system, as a rule, we understand the presence of communication equipment that transmits data under the control of the USIE and commands transmitted between the post and the Monitoring Center. Communication channels that are the main ones:

• 
  leased line or leased line modem)

  telephone switching line or telephone line modem)
  
• 
  connection of cellular operators or GPRS/3G modem
  
• 
  radio wave or radio modem and radio station
  
• 
  Ethernet/Internet or built-in LAN port
  

7.WiFi/WiMax
The content and process of collecting a particular post depends on its functions. A typical set of elements for measurements within the city: Dust PM10(PM2.5), CO, NO, NO2, SO2, CH4, meteorological parameters. For measurements on the territory of enterprises, special attention is given to the measurement of certain components present in the production.
