When monitoring is carried out by production, the general environmental monitoring systems at the enterprise address information to the plant Monitoring Center in order to reduce the impact of its activities on environmental pollution, as well as on the health of workers. When conducting territorial monitoring, information is sent to the Monitoring Center of the settlement, it is necessary for taking measures that identify pollutants and make appropriate decisions to eliminate them.
A stationary atmospheric control post (ASKZA, PKZ) is understood as an insulated pavilion suitable for various weather conditions. It consists of:
