Present Simple tense

• Present Simple Tense – Hozirgi oddiy zamon fe’li doimiy ravishda sodir boʻladigan oʻzgarmas yoki takroriy ish-harakatlar uchun qoʻllaniladi.
• Mazkur zamonda :
• darak gaplarda asosiy fe’lning oʻzi,
• soʻroq va inkor gaplarda Do/does yordamchi fe’llari ishtirok etadi.

Present simple tense structure

Present simple tense :

• Doimiy yoki takroriy ravishda sodir boʻladigan ish-harakatlar uchun

I get up at 7 a.m in the morning

• Dunyoda har doim haqiqat boʻlgan voqealar uchun

The sun rises in the east.

• “Performative verbs” (nutqda juda koʻp qoʻllaniladigan fe’llar). Misol uchun biror fikrga qoʻshilishimizni, rozi boʻlishni, biror fikrni tavsiya qilishni aytganda ishlatiladi.

E.g to agree /think/ suggest/ recommend/ insist/promise/ apologise/ refuse fe’llari

Notes on present simple

• Hozirgi oddiy zamon fe’lining tuslanishi shaxslarga qarab oʻzgaradi.
• III shaxs birlikda (he, she,it) asosiy fe’lga darak gaplarda -s (-es) qoʻshimchasi qoʻshiladi.
• Agar fe’l –o, -ch, -sh, -ss, -s, -x harflari bilan tugasa, unda fe’lga –es qo’shimchasi qo’shiladi.  He works, she goes, it washes
• Soʻroq va inkor gaplarda III shaxs birlikda does yordamchi fe’li qoʻllanilganligi tufayli asosiy fe’lga hech qanday qoʻshimcha qoʻshilmaydi.  He doesn’t work, she doesn’t go, it doesn’t wash  does he work? Does she go? Does it wash?
