In general language lessons, each teacher should be able to learn how to implement media education, revise as there are many emerging allow for innovative methods of work teaching a foreign student language. Guided by the selection by them, the teacher can achieve an indicator gives positive results in the process of formation of the media competence required today for the characteristics modern human development, living development in the information society. There are many different multimedia teaching methods available, which can be used for teaching in foreign language lessons to familiarize to media education and the formation of students' media competence. But they are all useless, without the use of basic special innovative teaching methods. The presented methods rarely follow are used separately from each other, they represent interconnected complex, “weapon” for the analysis of the impact on students, aimed at the implementation of materials for the introduction of media education. Experiment showed that the primary data methods are effective in the formation of the need media competence of students in a foreign lesson gives the language. Content filling of a foreign language lesson the media educational component not only allows increase the level of media competence, but also represents a huge material for creativity and motivates students to study a foreign language. The main problems of media implementation are the equipment of many educational establishments and the incompetence of teachers; generalized the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the use of media in the organization of the educational process and highlights the aspects of using media in teaching foreign language, and we found out that in foreign language lessons every teacher is able to implement media education on his own, since there is many multimedia technologies and innovative teaching methods foreign language. There is a huge research database to study the effectiveness of mass media in teaching and learning languages. The analysis of the results shows that there are some factors that can affect the teaching process. Make students aware of the importance of the masses the success and need of the media for the learning process. Teachers act as instructors and facilitators, although students have a good understanding of foreign language.
