There are a great n u m b e r of an cie nt sites ne ar here, fo r exam ple b u ria l m ounds and stone 
circles. They're fascin atin g and I w o u ld n 't hesitate to reco m m en d th e m to anyone. Luckily, it's 
a c tu a lly b e tte r if the w e a th e r is m is ty o r d is m a l w hen you’re v is itin g those sites because it ju s t 
adds to the atm osp he re!
Do you enjoy active holidays?
Yes, I c e rta in ly do. I hate ju s t s ittin g on a beach. I love h ik in g . Last yea r I w e n t h ikin g in N epal 
w ith som e frie n d s . It w as in c re d ib ly to u g h b u t re a lly re w a rd in g and I got very fit and tr im . We 
w a n t to do s o m e th in g s im ila r next y e a r if w e can save enough money.

My ideal holidays are when I discover new thin gs, so I w o u ld n 't say I have one ideal holiday in 
m ind. B ut it's tru e th a t I w o u ld love to go to South A m erica, esp ecially Peru. I believe it ’s great 
fo r h ik e rs and the landscape ju s t looks bre athtaking . I speak som e Spanish too so I could 
com m u nica te w ith the locals.
