About English language and levels
English language as a world language. It is the native language of many countries such as England, America, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Most people speak English in China, Japan, India, Africa and other countries. It is one of 6 official languages of the United Nations. 90% of the world's deals are concluded in English. It is mainly taught as a foreign language in schools, colleges, lyceum and higher education. There are internationally established test systems for testing language proficiency. The main common test systems are: IELTS, CEFR, TOEFL. These test systems assess the examinee's level of listening, writing, reading, and speaking. Has its own criteria for determining the level of language proficiency.
