Task 8. Family Portrait
Family Portrait is one of the best theater games for groups. The game requires groups to make poses that imitate a particular type of family photo. First, you will need to divide a big group into smaller groups. Then choose one player to be a caller who will give out commands. Each group will go on stage, and the caller will ask them to strike a pose of any random portrait. For instance:
A rich, proud, and influential family
Friends taking a picture in 1960
A family picture ruined by an over-energetic child
The shy family
Family Portrait helps to improve improvisation skills and create memorable moments for participants. You can also take pictures of the groups’ poses and laugh about the photos later with other group members.

Lesson 3.

Actor lifestyle

Grammar:

Adverb

Lifestyle of actor
Actor-playwright gives life to the images created on paper, realizes the thoughts and wishes of the director through skills. Communicate face to face with the audience and tell them the events of the play brings into the world and causes thinking and reasoning. An actor who is not close to the people is an unskilled actor.
There are some young people, especially children, who have not dreamed of playing in a movie at least once. Not to mention that everyone has own favorite movie, character and actor. But, in order to become an actor, to become the positive or negative characters of the movies we watch on TV and the cartoons that children love, what is the path to follow? This path is more difficult, but it's fun. Difficulties begin at the beginning of studies. Competitions for admission to theatre schools are always at a high level. Every year, people who want to test their strength in the first type of creative tests fill the buildings of educational institutions. May be it's easy to prepare for such tests: after all, if you are required to play a musical instrument in order to enter the conservatory, you will have to read a piece of prose, a parable and a poem expressively in front of the admission commission of theatre universities. There are also cases where applicants are asked to sing or dance. In the last selection, those who have successfully passed the previous tests are usually asked to perform a mini-performance. It seems that there is no easier place to enter, but a large number of applicants who have previously played reliable roles in front of their friends, school teachers, theatre studio managers, are also excited. Some recite a passage in one breath, forgetting that they are here to demonstrate not the skill of reciting texts from memory, but the skill of engaging the audience. In the first round, as a rule, half of the applicants complete their "walk", but even those who pass all rounds are not guaranteed admission. What awaits a student of theatre higher education institutions? A student of the institute is so much happiness. At the same time, the period of hardship begins. Student years full of difficulties, and then the first work at the threshold of the theatre, from a small role in plays to big characters, gastrolls, sleepless nights, precious time that could not be allocated to the family, enduring low salary, going to wedding ceremonies in free time, messy life.
Only people who are ready for this lifestyle choose the profession of an actor or actress. In fact, only people who love this profession aspire to this field, because this career is not easy, it is not just a chosen job.
In fact, from the outside, acting seems like a very interesting and positive profession, but , it requires hard work and dedication, like any other jobs.
Who is the actor?
What is the origin of the acting profession?
Actor (male) or actress (female) (from Latin act - meaning "to perform") roles in drama, opera, ballet, puppetry, pop, circus, film, radio and television executive officer. An actor creates a vivid artistic image with the help of body, voice, mind, emotions and abilities. An actor, unlike an artist, expresses a specific image. Actors show their talent with their whole bodies through the roles they play. And the artist sings songs with his or her pleasant voice.
Theatre (from Greek "spectacle") is an art genre that conveys ideas to the audience through a scene performed by one or more actors in a limited space. Sometimes the buildings where theatre performances are held are also called theatres (in fact, it is appropriate to call them theatre buildings). Its unique means of expression is a stage event that occurs during the performance of an actor in front of the public. As in other arts, the life, history, and worldview of the people are reflected in the art of theatre, changing and improving in connection with the development, spirituality, and culture of the society. Theatre is based on oral or written dramaturgy.
The theatre is the place where the first creativity of actors opens.
