Labour  Management:  is  important  especially 
as the farm business grows because it will have more 
employees. This is important for production management, 
as well as for risk management. Hiring the wrong labourer 
can quickly change profits into losses. 
 
Above  all,  a  rational,  integrated  approach  to 
management in all these areas is needed to ensure 
profitability and competitiveness.
