THE GENERAL DATA ON FACULTY
History of the Faculty of Pedagogy
In 1998, the Faculty of Pedagogy was established under the name of "Education and Culture". The faculty trains bachelors in the following areas "Primary education and methods of educational work", "Social culture", "Music education and folk art."
The Faculty of Pedagogy includes such departments as the Department of Education (Head of the Department Doctor of pedagogical sciences N.S.Temirov.), Methods of Primary Education (Head of the Department Associate Professor, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences A.Asimov.); Social culture (Head of the Department Associate Professor, PhD I.Kirgizov.); Music education and folk art (Head. of the department assistant professor, candidate of pedagogical sciences A.Umarov).
The faculty has 27 teachers, including 1 doctor of sciences, professor, 1 PhD, Associate Professor, 9 senior teachers and 16 teachers.
From 1991 to 2003, 2 teachers defended his thesis and received his PhD. International conference "The introduction of advanced technologies in pedagogy and educational process" was held in 1997and the republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "Fundamentals of new pedagogical technologies" was organized in 1999. In 2003, the scientific-practical conference was held on the theme "Social partnership - the basic criterion for training." In 2003, there were changes in the structure of the faculty, there was opened "Music education and folk art." Professorial-teaching staff of the Faculty was released about 32 teaching aids, has published more than 680 scientific and methodical works.
3 students of the Faculty became laureates of State scholarship named after Alisher Navoi. From 1998 to 2003, faculty was supervised by PhD, Associate Professor Abduraҳmon Қozokovich.
In 2004, the Faculty of Pedagogy became independent as a result of separation from the Faculty of Education and Culture. Dean of the Faculty was appointed B.Sidikov. Faculty prepares bachelors in physical education and physical education, primary education, sports and educational activities, as well as in the direction of the idea of national independence.
In order to improve the quality of training, improving the control and management system, the establishment of the educational process and the enforcement of the letter № 87-02-1192 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education of 30 April 2014 on the organizational structure of the University in June 2014 by order № 160 Fergana state University on "Improving the organizational structure of the University" faculty "Physical education and physical culture" was separated from the Faculty of pedagogy.
With the 2014-2015 academic year for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Education has been appointed the candidate of historical sciences, associate professor Olimjon Madaminovich Yuldashev and with 2015-2016 to the present faculty is headed by Ph.D., Associate Professor B.Siddiqov.
Currently, the faculty, the following Department of "Pedagogy" (Head. Of the department PhD Associate Professor N.Orinova), "Psychology" (Head of the department Ph.D., associate professor M.Isaqova), "Methods of primary education" ((Head of the department candidate of philological sciences, I.Hozhaliev). Teaching staff of the Faculty consists of 50 people, including 1 professors, doctors, 9 associate professors, PhDs, 12 senior teachers and 28 teachers.
In the 2016-2017 academic year at the faculty study 704 students, including 491 students and students, 213 students are studying on a budgetary basis and 59 on contract.
The graduates of the direction 5A110901 - "Theory and History of Pedagogy", as well as graduates-bachelors of the direction 5210200 - "Psychology", 5111700 - "Primary education and sports-educational work", 5110800- "Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics", working in various spheres of society, contribute to the development and prosperity of our country.
In 2016-2017, the 4th year student of direction "Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics" I. Rakhmatova became the winner of the state grant Navoi. Graphic V 2017 Duda Students 1 year napravleniya Fine M. Kurbanova poluchila Engineering State Premier imenii Zulfiya.
