In 1958, in accordance with the National Program for the Training of Personnel, the Department of Primary Education was established. The department trains in the direction of primary education and sports and upbringing work. There are 17 staff members at the department: 4 associate professors, 2 senior lecturers, 9 teachers, 1 head of the cabinet and 1 laboratory assistant.
To date, the department is headed by Abduppatoev Muhammadtohir Tozhimatovich.

3	Dilafruz Mahamadalievna Yuldasheva	Associate Professor	Born on November 12, 1975 in the Ferghana region of the Fergana region. In 1997 she graduated from the Fergana State University. Specialty: Uzbek language and literature. From 2015 to the present time, as an assistant professor of the department of methodology of primary education, she propogates her pedagogical activity.

The department produces bachelors in the direction 5111700 - Primary education and sports and educational work. This direction includes the following professional activities:
