taking place in a society are first and foremost expressed in the vernacular, the process 
poses a number of important challenges to linguists. One of these tasks is the issue of 
cognitive analysis of tourist terms. This article provide a range of information on the 
development factors of tourism industry, the importance of tourism terminology, and 
the relevance of the study. In fact, tourism is one of the most promising sectors of any 
country’s economy. It also has an impact on the cultural life of the country, changes in 
the way of life and consciousness of its citizens. The growing importance of tourism 
terms, the ability to use them in the right places, to understand the meaning of clear 
and appropriate meaning. 
In this article, important aspects of the studying of tourism terms are highlighted. 
Information was provided on the development of tourism terms from English to 
Uzbek.
