Tourism is primarily about recreation and treatment for tourists. This is very
important. Unhealthy citizens cannot work effectively. They may not
be able to pay
taxes efficiently and contribute to the treasury. So, we need to give people a chance to
relax and build up their physical and spiritual strength. A self-respecting state cares
about the health of its citizens and creates the right conditions. The Constitution of the
Republic of Uzbekistan states that all employees have the right to rest:
Working hours and unpaid leave are determined by law (Article 38);
Everyone has the right to social security in old age, in the event of incapacity for
work, as well as in the event of loss of a breadwinner and in other cases provided by
law (Article 39);
Everyone has the right to qualified medical care (Article 40).
In English, it has been noted that term formation with the addition of an
additive is the most common situation.
To date, there is no special collection of tourist terms in Uzbek linguistics. The
number of terms included in existing dictionaries is not so great. For example, the
Uzbek Annotated Dictionary also lists 183 terms related to tourism.
