USAGE OF TOURISM TERMS IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the issues of tourism terminology in Uzbek and 
English languages. Their similar and contrast sides are deeply learned. Today’s 
importance of learning tourism terminology in Uzbekistan is enlightened . Moreover, the 
study of some mistakes which is associated with the usage of tourism terms and 
investigate the errors and omissions related to terms.

Abstract: Ushbu maqola o’zbek va ingliz tillarida turizm terminalogiyasi 
masalalariga bag’ishlangan. Ularning o’xshash va farqli tomonlari chuqur o’rganilgan. 
O’zbekistonda turizm terminologiyasini o’rganishning bugungi kundagi ahamiyati 
yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, turizm atamalarida foydalanish bilan bog’liq ba’zi xato va 
kamchiliklar nazarda tutilgan. 
Kalit so’zlar: Turizm, turist, turizm turlari, qishloq turizmi, qishloq xo’jaligi 
turizmi, havo sayohati, yo’lda sayohat, trekking, rafting. 
 
Tourism has a significant impact on the social, cultural and educational spheres of 
a country. Within the framework of international relations and peace based on respect 
for the aspirations of individuals and society as a whole and justice, tourism is a 
positive and lasting factor for people to learn and understand each other, as well as a 
basis for greater respect and trust between people. The field of terminology plays a 
special role in the formation of the modern Uzbek literary language. At the same time, 
tourism plays an important role in the development of interethnic culture and the 
spread of traditions of different peoples. Tourism, with its multifaceted structure, 
actively influences all spheres of public life 
One of the fastest growing areas of Uzbek terminology with lexical units, and 
occupying a significant place, is tourism terminology. The study of tourism 
terminology is becoming one of the most pressing issues day by day. Tourist terms are 
becoming part of the dictionaries that are actively used in our daily lives, and are 
actively used in communication 
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said about the future 
of the country: “This road is a solid foundation for building a free, democratic, humane 
state, forming a civil society, increasing the economic power and further development 
of our country. A number of factors play an important role in increasing economic 
power. In particular, one of our priorities in the economic sphere is to further 
strengthen the economic ties of our country with foreign countries and increase its
