Result and discussion. Based on the analysis of the field materials collected during the study
on the insects found among cucurbit crops in the Bukhara region [6], it was found that entomophages
dominating vegetable melon agrocenoses belong to 7 orders (Dermaptera, Hemiptera, Thysanoptera,
Coleoptera, Neuroptera, Hymenoptera, Diptera), 14 families Forficulidae, Labiduridae, Nabidae,
Anthocoridae, Miridae, Reduviidae, Thripidae, Carabidae, Coccinellidae, Chrysopidae,
Ichneumonidae, Trichogrammatidae, Asilidae, Syrphidae) and 38 species. (Table 1).
