The tasks of the research are: identifying the pedagogical and psychological features of the development of informative and communicative competency in students; revealing the didactic possibilities of using information technologies in teaching general vocational disciplines in the field of arts and culture education; developing a model for the development of informative and communicative competency in students; improving the didactic support for the technology of development of informative and communicative competency in students. The object of the research was the process of developing the informative and communicative competency of students in the field of musical-dramatic theatre and film acting in higher education institutions of arts and culture, which involved in the experiments 210 respondent-students from Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture, as well as Nukus and Fergana regional branches of Uzbekistan State Institute of Arts and Culture. Scientific novelty of the research consists of the following: The pedagogical and psychological features of the development of professional competency in students have been determined by ensuring the stability of the level of internal integration of intellectual, motivational and activity-based processes of effective organization of students’ educational activities with art pedagogy in real educational conditions; The didactic possibilities of teaching general vocational disciplines in the field of musical-dramatic theatre and film acting have been determined by taking into account the nature of the intensive impact of the cultural-software system on the process of professional formation, which is aimed at providing the interdisciplinary connection of basic and specific competences; The organizational and didactic components of the model for the development of informative and communicative competency in students have been improved by determining the dynamics of feedback in the design process of a set of didactic activators of algorithmic stages of cognitive activity on acquaintance-knowledge, comprehension-application, analysis and generalization, and reflection-assessment; The contents of the didactic support for the technology of development of informative and communicative competency in students has been improved by taking into account the ergonomic requirements for the adaptive use of interactive, imitational, non-imitational forms of teaching in the blended learning process.
