2. While-task. Individual work
Time: 10 min
Level: Pre-Intermediate
Task: Analyze the sound A in each given word and collect them with similar sound together.
Waiting, farm, Mark, dad, idea, answer, call.
3. Post-task. Pair work
Time: 10 min
Level: Pre-Intermediate
Task: Use any board game and add flashcards. Choose a phonological awareness activity for students to complete on their turn. It can be segmenting a word, finding a word those rhymes, splitting a word into syllables, phoneme deletion, or blending nonsense words. To complete their turn, students must do the activity after moving their pawn.
