The role of speech culture in community leadership
Public speaking is so essential in your role as leader because it means effective communication to your team members. You might be speaking to inform, motivate or to persuade; whatever it be, your role as a leader is that you must be able to bring your message across effectively if you want to lead well. You might be extremely good at your job, but if you are not well in your communication through public speaking, then it means that you are not fulfilling your own potential as well as the potential of your organization. If you are a leader, you have to understand the importance of public speaking and its role in your leadership. And not just understand it; you have to become extremely good at it.

The issues of speech culture and speech etiquette in the East
“Kobusnoma” was written by Kaikovus in 1082- 1083 and it was written as an exhortation to his child, urging him to speak pleasantly, appropriately, not to speak in vain. Chapters 6-7 of the work are about knowledge, etiquette, eloquence: “…Know that the craft of words is better than all other trades, because, .. man is ten degrees superior to other animals, and this advantage is present in the human body; the five appear on the outside of the human body and the other five are hidden inside; these are: 1.memorizing something 2.always remembering 3.imagining 4.being able to distinguish 5.speaking. In the East, including in the Movaraunnahr region, much work has been done and information has been collected on the importance, meaning and purposeful use of the word in conjunction with the development of artistic and scientific creativity, as well as preaching and the promotion of the Qur'an.
The Modes of speech delivery
There are four modes of Delivery
Impromptu – is one of the types of speech there is little or no time for preparation. You may or may not be given a few minutes to organize your thoughts. So, DO NOT PANIC!
