28. Laughing
1. Do you often laugh?
Definitely! I always wear a smile every day because I want to look pleasant and amicable to my colleagues and to people whom I randomly meet. Also, this is my way of assuring myself that life has to continue no matter what difficulties or battles I have inside. Wearing a smile is the key to a stress-free life.
2. Do you like to make people laugh?
Of course, Yes. It takes a lot of mental energy to come up with quick-witted quips that lights up grins on other’s faces. Seeing others laugh at your jokes gives a sense of refreshment. I count myself as fortunate to have good sense of humour. As the old saying goes, “life is better when you’re laughing”.
3. Do you like watching comedies on TV?
Yes, I do. I have a cheerful disposition, and I’m quite fun-loving, so comedies are my favourite choices to feel at ease. I think message in these kind of comedies remind people that life isn’t simple and it doesn’t come without obstacles, so smiling keeps you optimistic.
Part 2
28. Describe a road trip you went on.
Today I would like to share with you a story about a road trip that I took part in.
It was about two years ago, when I had just graduated 10th grade. In fact, it was in the middle of summer vacation, so my best friend and I decided to go on a trip to Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan. We decided to set out for this city very early in the morning, as it is 8 hour drive from Bukhara.
After 8 hours driving, we arrived at our destination. We were amazed to see beautiful scenery of city life with fine and fresh air.. We had a lot of activities to do at the time, including eating out at night and visiting sightseeing places for three days. At first, I was under the impression that this trip would be kind of boring as didn't have many friends to go with me in this trip. However, it turned out to be an amazing one, and it helped us learn more about Tashkent and the way of life of those who live there. If I have opportunities in the future, I’d love to make more trips like that.
