The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the scientific-research competence of talented students of higher educational institutions based on an innovative approach.
The tasks of the research: to determine the pedagogical possibilities of improving the scientific-research competence of talented students;
improvement of the model of development of research competence of talented young people;
improvement of technologies for development of research competence of talented students;
improvement of criteria for development of research competence of talented students.
The object of the study is the process of improving the scientific-research competence of talented students of higher educational institutions based on an innovative approach. 219 students participated in GulDu, TerDPI, TDPU, Kokan pedagogical institutes.
The subject of the study is the formation, goals and means of the process of improving the technologies of development of scientific and research competence of talented students of higher educational institutions based on an innovative approach.
Methods of research: theoretical and empirical research methods were used to achieve the goal and solve the tasks; expert assessment; request; document analysis; statistical methods of empirical data processing.
The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is as follows:
Opportunities for development of scientific and research activity of talented students, adequate solving of logical issues, motivational-personal, activity-related, creative environment stability and connection with individual-cognitive, communicative strategies, and harmony of subject-subject cooperation of the creative process determined on a phased provision basis;
The model for developing the scientific creativity potential of gifted students has been improved on the basis of the social active application of scientific knowledge in the environment of educational creativity, adaptation of creativity to activity-oriented skills, and diagnostic design of didactic possibilities of personal results of pedagogical cooperation;
Technologies for developing scientific research competence, informational worldview and readiness to absorb new information of talented students of higher education institutions are improved on the basis of adequate provision of the harmony of reflexive and virtual capabilities of thinking dialect, integration of ideas and communication;
Higher educational institutions have been improved based on the criteria for the development of scientific research competence of talented students, the dialectic of thinking, associations, development, non-standard solutions, and the harmonious adaptation of abstract ideas to the pedagogical content.
