2 Day Quick Pay: A 3% quick payment fee will be deducted from the carrier’s agreed gross truck rate. 
Paperwork submitted by 2 PM CST will be processed and paid via ACH within two (2) business days. 
Quick pay will only be processed when all supporting paperwork is present. This includes the Carrier 
invoice, signed rate confirmation, signed proof of delivery receipts for each purchase order on the load 
carried, and unloading receipts if applicable. In addition, Schmieding Produce must be able to verify with 
all receiving parties that there are no potential damages, shortages, or chargebacks as well as Delivered 
CWT, if applicable.
5 Day Quick Pay: A 2% quick payment fee will be deducted from the carrier’s agreed gross truck rate. 
Paperwork submitted by 2 PM CST will be processed and paid via ACH within five (5) business days of 
carrier submission of completed paperwork. In addition, Schmieding Produce must be able to verify with 
all receiving parties that there are no potential damages, shortages, or chargebacks as well as Delivered 
CWT, if applicable.
Standard Payment: No fee will be deducted from the Carrier’s pay with this option. Paperwork 
submitted by 2 PM CST will be processed and paid with a check mailed to the Carrier’s remittance 
address on file within standard payment terms.

*** Quick Pay is processed and paid Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
**** Quick Pay options are only available to carriers with bank accounts in the United States 
***** Quick Pay preferences will be applied to ALL loads hauled for Schmieding Produce until the 
Carrier submits a Direct Deposit Cancellation form. Likewise, standard payment terms will apply until the 
Carrier elects to enroll in a Quick Pay option.
****** If you are currently factoring your loads with Schmieding, we will require a release from your 
factoring agent before processing ACH quick payments to your company.
