We look forward to building relationships. In an effort to improve our operations visibility and reduce check calls, as well 
as to help you lower cost, reduce driver churn, and reduce detention time, we have partnered with project44 to 
implement a truckload visibility program. This program is critical to our logistics operations, and we look forward to 
working with you. 
To help achieve this visibility objective and improve efficiency for both companies, we’re asking that you provide 
visibility via one of three ways (in order of preference) 1) Truckload Visibility API, 2) ELD Connection, or 3) App-less 
Driver Tracking 
1) Truckload Visibility API: the best way to provide visibility information is via a web services API. If you have API 
documentation available, or can send data to project44 via API, please coordinate with the project44 team:

2) ELD Connection: If you do not have a Truckload Visibility API, then we ask that you provide the name of your ELD 
provider. project44 has agreements in place with most ELD providers and will be able to work with you and your 
ELD provider to enable truckload visibility.
3) App-less Driver Tracking: If you do not have a Truckload Visibility API or ELD provider, then you can enable truckload 
visibility via SMS messaging to your drivers. In this approach, the driver simply needs to reply “YES” to the SMS text 
message and tracking will automatically start at the origin and cease at the final destination.
Keys to the Tracking Program 
• This program will dramatically reduce check-calls and detention time for your drivers and help you lower costs 
and reduce driver churn. 
• project44 only requests visibility data for the duration of an individual load
• project44 has no access to fleet management tools within the ELD application 
• project44 provides technology solutions for the freight industry, specifically truckload.
• The project44 technology removes the need for continuous call checks, manual status updates, and/or another 
application on drive phones. This program is critical to our logistics operations. 
When a load is scheduled, our system will alert project44 of the date, time, and location of the pickup, and of all stops.
Tracking will begin at pickup and complete at final destination.
