Partnership and Consolidation of Good-Neighborly Relations, a
roadmap in all areas of joint activities. A business forum with
over 400 companies’ participation was held for the first time in
the history of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. 75 trade contracts and
investment agreements were signed for a total of about $1 billion.
The meetings of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and
Kyrgyzstan clearly demonstrated the readiness of our countries
to develop political dialogue and expand economic relations.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Almazbek Atambayev expressed their
firm determination to adhere to the policy of bolstering the good-
neighborhood and mutually advantageous cooperation, to enrich
the Uzbek-Kyrgyz relations with new substance.
the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev also held
a productive and fruitful meeting with Emomali Rahmon, the
leader of Tajikistan, at the Summit of Arab-Muslim Countries
and the USA in Riyadh. The heads of state discussed the
development of political dialogue and expansion of social and
economic relations, exchanged views on furthering the
cooperation.

Uzbekistan proactive regional policy for rapprochement
with all the Central Asian states without exception and the
intensification of the political dialogue at the highest level made
it possible to achieve practical results.
A new impetus was given to such areas of cooperation as
trade and economic, transport and communication, cultural and
humanitarian spheres, the issues of state borders delimitation and
delineation, rational use of water resources were substantially
advanced. All this lays a solid foundation for regional integration,
