PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF RETURNING MILITARY SERVANTS UNDER 
DESTRUCTIVE INFLUENCE TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE 
Abstract: This article analyzes the problem of influence through information, psychological 
protection from destructive influences in the context of personal, public and state security, focusing on the 
protection of the psychological health of military personnel. An integrated approach to the psychological 
correction of military personnel exposed to destructive information is proposed, and the authors believe 
that the professional training of psychologists is one of the factors ensuring the effectiveness of practical 
psychological activity in the process of military service.

Kirish. Bugungi kunda tahdidlar soni va manbalarini o‗zgarib borishi komandir (boshliq)lar va 
harbiy psixologlardan doimiy izlanishlar olib borishni taqozo etmoqda. Chunki destruktiv ta‘sirga tushgan 
harbiy xizmatchilar sonini ko‗payishi harbiy qismlarda jangovar shaylikga putur yetishi va intizomning 
pasayishiga yo‗l qo‗yiladi. Yuqori rahbariyatning ma‘lumotlariga ko‗ra ―TikTok‖, ―Instagram‖, ―Youtube‖ 
va boshqa ijtimoiy platformalarda videobloger va tiktokerlar milliy manfaatlarga zid tarzda harakatlarni 
amalga oshirgan [1]. Agarda, axborot o‗zida ma‘lum ma‘no-mazmunni mujassam etib, axborot 
iste‘molchisini dunyoqarashi, munosabatlar tarzi va xulq-atvorini o‗zgartirishga yo‗naltirilganligini 
inobatga olsak, ―TikTok‖, ―Instagram‖ va ―Youtube‖ vositasida yetkazilayotgan axborot saralashni, 
zararlantirishni taqozo etadi. Saralash, zararlantirish ikki darajada birinchi darajada, axborot iste‘molchisi 
tomonidan, ikkinchisi o‗sha axborotga izoh beruvchilar tomonidan amalga oshirish mumkinki, bunda 
psixokorreksiyaviy faoliyat masalasi dolzarblashadi.
