IMPORTANCE OF WATER

1. How much water should you drink in a day?
- Menimcha bir kunda ko’p suv ichishim kerak deb o’ylaymayman, sababi ko’p suv ham tana uchun zararli. Ishonamanki, tahminan 1,5 litr suv ishich lozim.
- I don’t think I should drink a lot of water every day because it is harmful for a body to consume water a lot.
I believe, I should drink about 1,5 liters of water per day.
2. Is it better to drink cold water or warm water?

- I know that it is harmful to drink water that is lower than a body temperature. So, I usually prefer to drink warm water instead of cold one every day.
3. Why is it important to drink enough water?
- Suv inson tanasini 70% qismini tashkil qiladi. Shundan ma’lumki suv hayotimizda muhim rol o’ynaydi. Shuning uchun yetarli suv ichish sog’ligimiz uchun foydali deb hisoblayman.
- Water accounts for 70% of human body. It’s clear that water plays an important role in our life. I consider that it is useful to drink enough water.
