educational approaches have resulted in a mismatch between what is taught to the students and what the industry
needs. As such, many institutions are moving towards problem-based learning as a solution to producing graduates
who are creative; think critically and analytically, to solve problems. The teacher uses multimedia to modify the
contents of the material. It will help the teacher to represent in a more meaningful way, using different media
elements. These media elements can be converted into digital forms, modified and customized for the final
presentation. By incorporating digital media elements into the project, the students are able to learn better. Since
they use multiple sensory modalities, which would make them more motivated to pay more attention to the
information presented and retain the information better. Creating multimedia projects is both challenging and
exciting. Fortunately, there are many multimedia technologies that are available for developers to create these
innovative and interactive multimedia applications. These technologies include Adobe Photoshop and Premier to
create edit graphics and video files respectively.
5.4. Project Method –
Project method is one of the modern method of teaching in which, the students point of view is given importance in
designing the curriculum and content of studies. This method is based on the philosophy of pragmatism and the
principle of “learning by doing”. Unlike traditional education, proponents of the project method attempt to allow the
student to solve problems with as little teacher direction as possible. The teacher is seen as facilitator then a
deliverer of knowledge and information. Student in a project method environment should be allowed to explore and
experience their environment through their senses and, in a sense, direct their own learning by their individual
interests. Very little is taught from textbooks and the emphasis is on experiential learning, rather than rote and
memorization. A project method classroom focuses on democracy and collaboration to solve “purposeful” problems.
5.5. Case Study Method –
The teacher uses the case study method to extend a student’s understanding of real life issues and in turn enhance
his existing conceptual knowledge. This method can provide a rich basis for developing students problem solving
and decision making skills.
The method allows students to perceive the problem in their own way, analyse it and suggest solution. It
gives them a platform to have different views on the topic and they realized that as long as they could logically
justify their solution. There no right or wrong answer, hence the teachers views are not the only views on a topic.
5.6. Problem Solving Method –
Problem solving method forms a wonderful way of helping students construct their own knowledge based on their
findings on a given problem. Clearly the teacher role in this method of teaching is that of a facilitator and guide,
wherein, she can probe and ask questions as to why students have made certain suggestion.

UGGESTIONS
The followings are some suggestions which are implemented in modern teaching –learning process for achieving the
better performance.
1. Digital classroom should be provided to each school and colleges.
2. Trained instructor should be appointing for handling the apparatus.
3. For proper utilisation and maintenance of new technological instrument, the infrastructure of the institution should
be developed.
4. Government should be give adequate grants.
5. The general training programmes of the teachers should be modified. There should be some provision for
technological training are to be given.
6. Different programmes for skill development of the teacher such as seminar, workshop should be organised.
7. Curriculum should be make practical not theoretical.

ONCLUSIONS
From the above discussion we have seen that there are varieties of strategies that allow a teacher to make their
classroom more interactive, interesting and innovative. These strategies allow students to be engaged in a subject by
