Topic: Your neighbor on the upper floor had his apartment renovated. He had all the heating system changed and tested it while you were not at home. Because of cracks in the hot water pipe, the water leaked downstairs and your apartment was severely damaged including your interior walls and the floor. You are furious about this.
Write a letter of complaint to a manager of the company that manages the residential building. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order, and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.
