Topic: The local council has decided to build an apartment building in the park across where you live. It is absolutely against the idea of having beautiful and necessary green spaces blooming in your city. Trees and the green spaces they provide are important to the people who live around them. You and your neighbors are unhappy with the proposed development of New Park.
Write a letter of complaint to the representative of the local council. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

During the last year, there has been a large number of accidents at this junction and it seems to you that something must be done. There is no safe place to cross; several children have been injured in minor accidents. Yet more accidents have been caused by the fact that drivers have turned sharply to avoid children stepping off the pavement.
