Topic: A man released his dogs in the National Park, but you think it is very dangerous for people and animals to share this park. This has been happening for the last two weeks. The most dangerous thing is that the dogs bark very loudly and run towards people and scare them, especially small children. In fact, some people, including yourself, have attempted to talk with the dogs' owner, but he seems to ignore what you say. You are worried about the safety of the people.
