Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: You have subscribed to one of the local libraries. You asked for two textbooks for your university project from the library assistant. The library assistant said the books will be available in 3 days. However, they have not been providing you with these books even one month after the request. You were dissatisfied with the library service.
Write a letter of complaint to the head of the library. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order, and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the library.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
