Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: Recently, you visited a very famous restaurant with your colleagues. You enjoyed the place and had a very good meal. When you are asked for the bill the waiter brought it, but you realized that you were overcharged. You try to explain that to the waiter but he was just ignoring and telling you this is not part of his responsibility. You were dissatisfied with the restaurant's service.
Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the restaurant. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order, and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.
1. Salutation
2. Explain the detailed explanation of problem.
3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the working atmosphere of the restaurant.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion about how such a situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to court with a similar claim.
