Announcer, 50 years old man, energetically behaving, dressed with a shiny black classic smoking, is standing in the middle of the round stage of entertainment arena.
Honorable Mesdames et Messieurs. Today you will experience an array of exciting sights and sounds.
Rolls Royce, Bugatti one by one drive into a middle of racing ring.
My dear guests. I hope you are seated comfortably and relaxed.
of Monte Carlo.
Car models move around the circuit slowly, trying to overcome one another. The audience produces and imitates the roaring of a racing car engines, revving, chunking and howling. The sound becomes stronger and stronger.
Women are sitting and holding little poodles with diamond hats on their heads. Members of the Royal family of Monte Carlo are sitting on the first line of seats.
comfort and happiness. The cacophony of “cars” fades into the darkness.
FADE TO BLACK.
INT. WAREHOUSE OF MONTE CARLO CIRCUS. EVENING.
Lions and tigers are sitting in their cages. Vincenzo (aged 46) walks in between of the cages and gives them some food. He has eye contact with each animal.
Relax please, the night is ending.
INT. IN THE CIRCUS ARENA. ON THE STAGE.
A Lion is performing an acrobatic trick standing on one paw. A Tiger is doing somersault. Another Lion is doing somersault.

A Jaguar is sitting behind the wheel of a yellow convertible Lamborghini car model and drives around the circle.
Sad lion Leo (aged 27) with melancholy eyes is looking at the audience.
And now my honorable guests...
EXT. BEHIND THE CIRCUS SCENE. EVENING.
Vincenzo locks the cages of lions and tigers after the show. Event supervisor (aged 50) a man in a black suit goes along the cages touching every huge padlock, making sure that all cages are securely locked.
EXT. PARKING LOT. NEXT TO THE CIRCUS ARENA. EVENING.
Workers putting all the cages with lions, tigers, jaguars and monkeys that performed in the show - into trucks. Cultural event managers Julien and event producer Etien are supervising the procedure.
What a most wonderful event. Everything to such high-end standards. Exceptional. Tricks and show were astonishing. As well as the dramatic race...
Be sure, I will have fresh ideas and new surprises for the next event.

Vincenzo is standing not far away at the cage of Leo. From the distance we see Vincenzo is speaking to Leo.

EXT. MONTE CARLO STREETS. UP TO THE HILL TOWARDS CAFE DE PARIS.
Five trucks drive along the streets. Each truck carries a cage with animals that previously performed in the event. They are in line one after each other. The cage of Leo is in the last truck.
EXT. MONTE CARLO STREETS. EARLY MORNING.
The group of eleven Filipino street cleaners sweeping already super clean streets.
One location - one Filipino. They all arrive to Casino Square where have lively conversation between themselves.
Casino Square all together.
CLEANER NO.1
Attention.
At this moment as Cleaner NO.2 turns around a piece of newspaper brought by the wind smashes into his face.
Cleaner NO.2 laughs, takes the newspaper off his face and starts reading the headlines.
Michael Schumacher is coming back to the Formula 1 race.
Cleaner NO.2 turns into the next page. Into a crime section.
CLEANER NO.2 (CONT’D) Largest collection of diamonds was stolen from exclusive jewelry shop in Portofino last night, Pink Panther group is suspected.
On the 6th of July, Mr. Michael Guiden left home and didn’t come back. The relatives reported the missing person the next day. The case is under investigation.

CLEANER NO.2 (CONT’D) Literary award of Monte Carlo is presented... Chimpanzee Mimi gave birth to baby monkey in the Monte Carlo Zoo. Her name is Sonya.

Cleaner NO.2 throws the newspaper into a garbage box. View from above. The street cleaners disperse in different directions.
The postmark of Monaco, called “Le Festival International Du Cirque” appears in scaling zoom to the screen. Large view of 1,30 on the postmark appears. Then title MONACO appears well centered on the screen.
EXT. MONTE CARLO HELIPORT. MIDDAY.
A little black dot is moving down from the sky towards the ground. Finally the view of a black helicopter appears. The black helicopter precisely lands on the helipad at the heliport of Monte Carlo. The helicopters wing is rotating slower and slower.
The Monte Carlo Guard of Honor, 20 Guard members, dressed up with old traditional army suits, holding old guns in their arms, other additional 6 Guard members holds Monte Carlo flags and historical herbs is lined up on the landing site.
helicopter. Special Agent (aged 50), Italo - American origin, steps out of the helicopter.
hands. The Guard of Honor performs the traditional greeting ceremony. The escort of three black Rolls Royce’s starts moving out from the heliport.
Black Rolls Royce’s are moving along the streets of Monte Carlo. Special Agent and Police Commissioner are in the second Rolls Royce.

The sights of Monte Carlo streets appear through the window of the car.
Through the window of Rolls Royce in promotional video clip style Monte Carlo scenery is shown.

Beautiful beaches, wonderful shopping screens, gorgeous cars, beautiful people on luxurious yachts, luxurious pets and extraordinary exclusive and prestigious lifestyle.
INT. SECURITY OFFICE CONTROL ROOM. DAY.
The escort of black Rolls Royce’s is on the screens; the view moves from one monitor to another one, then to the third to the fourth, from the fourth to the fifth.
Above monitors a picture of Prince Albert is hanging on the wall.
INT. HOTEL HERMITAGE. EVENING.
Special agent is standing and having a cigarette in the balcony of his hotel room overlooking the Casino Square. The lion’s roar is heard in the distance.
CUT TO:
EXT. CASINO SQUARE. CAFE DE PARIS. EVENING.
Cognac and watching people passing by. Special Agent looks up.
Casino square. Grey birds are circling around the square in a ominous mood.
The birds fly away after turning several circles.
CUT TO:
EXT. CASINO SQUARE. CASINO ENTRANCE. EVENING.

INT. CASINO. NIGHT.
among roulette and poker tables. He has cigar in his mouth. A picture of Prince Albert is hanging on a wall. A casino clerk (aged 70) is approaching Special Agent.

He takes the cigar out of his mouth.
SPECIAL AGENT (CONT’D) As you see it’s not lit.
INT. SECURITY OFFICE CONTROL ROOM. EARLY MORNING.
Policeman NO.1 (aged 40) and Policeman NO.2 (aged 50) are sitting in the front of the monitors.
Empty streets, empty squares, empty parking lots. We see 9.30 AM displayed in one of the monitors. Special Agent walking along the quay is seen in one of the monitors.
Policeman NO.1 zooms in to a close-up view of the Special Agent’s face. The photographic image of Special Agent is seen on the screen. Policemen starting to laugh. Laughter becomes sarcastic and ironic.
EXT. MONTE CARLO BEACH. AFTERNOON.
Special Agent is talking to Police Commissioner.
SPECIAL AGENT
I will need a car.
POLICE COMMISIONER Of course, just choose a model.
Quick acceleration. Grey color.
Turbo. Like from the movies.
POLICE COMMISIONER Porsche Turbo. Like in the movie.

INT. CABINET OFFICE. DAY. EARLY AFTERNOON.
spacious hall. Members of Monte Carlo council are among them.
A waiter is walking around the gentlemen carrying a tray with glasses of champagne. Gentlemen are taking glasses. They are engaged in a lively conversation.
Pieces of conversations are heard. Councillors are talking directly into the screen one after another.
CULTURE I strongly advise to read it; it's
a great book.

I would say the favorite of this years literary award of Monte Carlo is clear.
He is talking in a disappointed mood.

thrillers, criminal stories, murders and kidnapping are prevalent genres among the works of the nominees. Historical novels or love stories have become really scarce. What might be the reason in your opinion?

few excellent players, Monaco will become truly resistless.

I will definitely raise this question; it is also a part of politics and a matter of prestige. We are already at the forefront in many areas such as art and cultural affairs, quality of life and welfare issues. Why can't we improve the matters of sport as well?

report about the case and the entire investigation from the head of Criminal Investigations Department. The incident has shocked our inhabitants. People are anxious and can't stop discussing the incident. We have to restore our inhabitants confidence in the power of our national police.

I know a lot about your

The yellow excavator is standing still on the coastline. Many big stones are laying down next to the water. Special Agent is having coffee. In front of him, Miranda (aged 42 Filipino woman) is sitting.
Then my boss said goodbye and left for to the concert. My boss often go to concerts and cultural events. I stayed home and finished polishing glassware;

then I went to my room to write a letter to my family. I wanted to send birthday greetings to my husband.
She speaks very slow and unsure.
SPECIAL AGENT When is his birthday?
The 20th of July. The letter travels for about two weeks. I was writing for about an hour.
INT. THE HOUSE OF MIRANDA’S BOSS. EVENING.
Miranda is alone in a huge living room. She's carefully placing the lush glassware into an open antique cupboard.
pool. She is naked. She swims several times to one end of the pool from another one.
huge white soft luxurious towel.
Then she goes to the master bedroom. There are two evening dresses lying on the bed. She takes one of them and hangs it in the closet. Takes the second one and holds it onto her seeing if it fits her.
is obviously too big. She steps towards the mirror, poses and smiles in front of the mirror.
hanging dresses. She takes out a more beautiful one. She puts it on, goes to the mirror, smiles. Then she moves back to the bed and flops down on it.
She is lying on the huge bed for a while.
She jumps from the bed and goes to the vanity table.
She looks into the mirror, makes several grimaces. She is pleased with the view.
