Registration Fee: Cost of attending a conference. Fees can vary according to the time 
of registration, level of participation and also membership type 
 
Stakeholder: A person with an interest in the objectives and outcome of an event. 
 
Venue: A place to hold your event.
 
Venue Manager: The person in charge of a location or event space.
 
Welcome Signage: A sign that introduces or welcomes visitors to the venue/ event. 
 
Workshop: workshops generally have more hands-on and group activities. The 
sessions are quite interactive and require individuals to participate.
