If communication is possible with several stationary radio stations at this point of the route (Figure 
5), the calculation of the radio coverage readiness coefficient should be carried out for each stationary 
radio station. 
Using the constructed dependences of the availability factors for radio coverage on the track 
coordinate for all stationary radio stations located on the railway section, and also taking into account 
the values of the availability factors of all other elements of the train radio communication network, it 
becomes possible to construct the dependence of the resulting value of the availability factor of the 
communication channel between the train dispatcher and the train driver throughout dispatching area. 
For this, it is necessary to sequentially calculate the resulting values of the availability factors of 
the communication channel between the train driver and the train dispatcher for each point of the 
route. 
In general form, the calculated formula for the resulting value of the availability factor of this 
channel for a specific point k of the railway section will be as follows:

An example of the dependence of the resulting value of the availability factor of the 
communication channel between the train dispatcher and the train driver on the track coordinate, built
