The scientific novelty of the research are as follows:
a method has been developed for obtaining high-quality gypsum binders from industrial wastes of the ceramic industry containing gypsum as a molding mass;
scientifically substantiated the use of marble and travertine waste as fillers for gypsum composite materials;
the mechanism of the influence of SDJ-2 additives and hyperplasticizers on the physical and chemical compositions, structure, physical and mechanical properties of gypsum composite materials based on industrial wastes of marble and travertine was studied;
of high-quality gypsum binder with the addition of industrial wastes of marble and travertine modified with superplasticizers for energy-saving buildings has been improved and introduced into production .
The practical results of the research are as follows:
developed a method for obtaining high-quality gypsum binder from industrial waste of the ceramic industry containing gypsum as a molding mass;
optimal compositions and improved technology for obtaining gypsum composite materials from industrial wastes of the ceramic industry containing gypsum as a molding mass using marble and travertine industrial wastes and modified with superplasticizers as fillers were determined ;
a new method of pore formation of gypsum composite materials based on local raw materials has been developed and their physical and mechanical properties and structure have been studied.
Reliability of the obtained results The reliability of the results is determined by conducting comprehensive studies using modern proven instruments and standard methods, as well as conducting studies in accordance with building codes and regulations, compliance with theoretical and experimental results, ensuring their implementation in practice.
Scientific and practical significance of the research results .
The scientific significance of the research results is due to the development of a scientific theory for the production of gypsum composite materials from industrial wastes of the ceramic industry containing gypsum as a molding mass using industrial wastes of marble and travertine and modified with superplasticizers as fillers , as well as the introduction of pore-forming additives into their composition, analysis of their compositions, physicochemical and physico-mechanical properties.
The practical significance of the results of the study is due to the improvement and introduction into production of the technology for obtaining gypsum composite materials from industrial wastes of the ceramic industry containing gypsum as a molding mass using industrial wastes of marble and travertine modified with superplasticizers as fillers and the introduction of pore-forming additives into their composition .
