Implementation of the research results. Based on the scientific results obtained, the compositions and properties of gypsum composite materials from industrial wastes of the ceramic industry containing gypsum as a molding mass were designed and properties were optimized using marble and travertine industrial wastes as fillers, modified with superplasticizers and introducing pore-forming additives into their composition . To determine the physical and mechanical properties of gas-gypsum blocks, samples of 188x300x588 mm in size were prepared. The tests were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards.
The average density of samples dried to constant weight was in the range of 591-622 kg/m ³ . Humidity of samples, modified gas-gypsum blocks was 7.3-24.5%. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of samples with density D600 is equal to 0.112 W/(m°C). To determine the compressive strength, sample cubes sized 100x100x100 mm were made. The compressive strength was 6.8 MPa
The results of the research have been introduced into the production of wall blocks for energy-saving buildings at the private enterprise "NEW BUILDING-BRICKS" in the Fergana region. Heat-insulating gas-gypsum blocks were produced in the volume of 12 m ³ (Conclusion of the association “ O'zsanoatqurilishmatyeriallari” dated June 16, 2023, N 05/15-1244).
The economic efficiency of 1 m ³ of a composite gas-gypsum block obtained at normal pressure , produced at a private enterprise LLC "NEW BUILDING-BRICKS" amounted to 82302.73 soums or ≈16% cheaper compared to aerated concrete produced at the enterprise. When manufacturing 1000 blocks per day, the daily profit was 2729.77x1000 = 2729775 soums.
Approbation of the research results. The results of this study were reported and discussed at three international and three republican scientific-technical and scientific-practical conferences.
Publication of research results. 12 scientific papers have been published on the topic of the dissertation. Among them are 2 monographs, 6 articles, 1 of them is published in foreign and 3- in republican journals recommended by the Supreme Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the publication of the main scientific results of doctoral (PhD) dissertations. 1 monograph, 6 articles were published in the materials of international and republican conferences.
