The aim of the study is to develop a method for obtaining high-quality gypsum binder from industrial waste containing gypsum inclusions, to develop a technology for the production of heat-insulating composites - gas-gypsum products based on new gypsum binders using industrial waste from marble and travertine as fillers, as well as to study the physical and mechanical properties of the developed composition, determine their technical and economic indicators.
The objectives of the dissertation research:
to study the physical and chemical compositions of industrial ceramic waste containing gypsum as a molding mass and the development of an optimal method for obtaining gypsum binders;
to study the physical and chemical compositions and properties of industrial wastes of marble and travertine and substantiation of their use for gypsum composite materials as fillers;
to optimize the composition of gypsum composite materials based on industrial waste of marble and travertine;
to study the effect of chemical superplasticizing additives and hyperplasticizers on the physical and chemical properties of gypsum composite materials based on industrial wastes of marble and travertine;
to study the effect of pore-forming substances on the physical and mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of gypsum composite materials based on industrial wastes of marble and travertine;
to develop and introduce into production of technology for the production of gypsum heat-insulating composite materials based on industrial waste of marble and travertine.
Object of the research are gypsum composite materials.
The subject of the research is the determination of technical, physical-mechanical, economic indicators and the use of gypsum composite materials from molding gypsum based on industrial waste of marble and travertine.
Research methods. The studies used modern complex physical and chemical methods, including X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analyses.
