Analysis of the development of speech in children with visual impairment shows that in many of them systemic defects are observed, and sufficient components of speech are impaired (phonetics, lexicon, grammar).Currently, the correlation of speech deficit in blind and weak- sighted children with complex impairment and poor speech and visual activity has been proven in theoretical and practical research.
