of specialists in the field, the small number of special preschool institutions.
At the same time, it should be noted that the scientific basis for the provision
of Correctional assistance in special educational institutions based on our
national value and territorial conditions for children of such categories has not
been created.
In practice, out of vital necessity, surdopedagogs and logopedar KIli
are conducting hearing and speech Abilitation work with children, but in
Uzbekistan this problem was made the subject of our master's thesis for the
first time in scientific and methodical terms.
Abilitation masks of children with hearing impairment and cochlear
implantation Abilitation were performed by Russian scientists I.V. Korolyova,
Zhukova O.S., Zontova O. V., Tavartkiladze G.A., Sataeva A.I., Mironova
E.V., Frolenkova I.D. and b., Litovsky R. from foreign scientists., Parkinson
A., Arcaroli J. It has been extensively covered in its research and practical
activities. In Uzbekistan, however, this issue is currently approached only in
practical terms, and along the way, prof. L.R.Muminova, E.B.Amirova,
U.Yu.Fayzieva, R.SH. Kutdusova and Bashkirs are doing corrective-
developmental work. Side branches of surdopedagogy in Uzbekistan-
oligofreno-pedagogy, in the field of speech therapy L.R.Mo ' minova,
R.Shomakhmudova, M.Yu.Ayupova, H.M.Steelova, D.A.Nurkeldieva,
M.P.Research conducted by khamidova, L. S. Nur-mukhamedova was
focused on organizing and improving the educational process carried out in
special educational institutions taking into account territorial conditions.
L.R.Mo ' the role of the family in the work of correcting speech
shortcomings of preschool children, whose speech is not fully developed, is
important, R.Shomakhmudova noted that when teaching children with mental

development problems to the second language, factors affecting the
development of speech should be taken into account, D.A.Nurkeldieva argues
that work on speech culture plays an important role in solving the problems of
preparing children with mental development for school. M.Yu.Ayupova,
H.M.Steelova
and

scientifically-theoretically
substantiated the types of work aimed at eliminating problems in the speech
of preschool children and developing their speech activity, L.
SH.Nurmukhamedova the role of the family in raising children with
disabilities. Also, in our republic, in recent years, it is increasingly understood
that the solution of the problems of adaptation of children to social life in need
of special attention is associated with the conduct of extensive propaganda
work among the population.
As a result of the Abilitation of these defectologists, it was proved that
children, like healthy peers, have every opportunity to grow up to be a social
person, as well as to exploit the existing strong opportunities in them, should
be carried out on the basis of speech development. As children occupy speech,
opportunities for the formation of social (vital) skills continue to expand in
them. More precisely, speech, which is developed on the basis of activity, is a
necessary condition for the acquisition of social norms. One of the factors
serving the acceleration of this process is the formation of children's speech in
the first, preschool age.
The ways and means of raising the level of their social adaptation were
justified by improving the educational process of children with cochlear
implants.
In our republic, the implementation of surgical operations to restore
hearing and the development of nutki by the cochlear implant has been

https://sciencepromotion.uz
initiated since close times. It is worth saying that, despite the successful
implementation of surgical operations, the lack of scientific-theoretical
justification based on the local conditions of corrective-pedagogical work,
which should be carried out in 3 stages, the lack of methodological guidance,
the lack of surdopedagogs familiar with such a work system are creating
difficulties in the work being carried out.
The fact that in our republic in recent years the number of children with
implants of preschool and school age has increased significantly, and the lack
of a scientifically sound approach to special (corrective) assistance given to
them in medical institutions participating in the cochlear implant program, as
well as in various training institutions, reinforces the relevance and importance
of this topic. The lack of development of a methodology for the development
and rehabilitation of children's speech after a cochlear implant for the subject
of speech therapy is reflected in the first works of research on this topic in the
field of speech therapy.
Because cochlear implantation is not only a surgical operation,it is also
a system of various Tibi-pedagogical-psychological measures. Restoration
using a cochlear implant embodies three stages into its composition:
1. Preoperative stage. This stage covers activities such as complex-
diagnostic
examination,
otolaryngological
examination,
audilogic
examination, vestibulometry, computed tomography, cranial electrodiagnotic
examination, as well as psychological preparation for surgery (through
acquaintance with other cochlear implanted clients).
Second stage of performing surgery;
The third stage after the operation. This stage, called the postoperative
rehabilitation stage, is characterized by the fact that it takes the most time from

https://sciencepromotion.uz
the previous two stages, that 80% of the work allocated for the general event
should be carried out precisely during this period, which requires even greater
responsibility for the complexities of the activities carried out during this
period, achieving the child's perfection, Because it is after the operation that
hearing adjustment by audiologists, the development of auditory attention by
surdopedagogs and speech therapists, consistent training in the cultivation of
children's speech, are an important factor in the harmonization of cochlear
implanted individuals into social life.
In conclusion, the cochlear implant allows patients who have lost a large
amount of auditory sensation to perceive passive and active vibrational sounds
that they cannot hear even with the help of powerful hearing aids. With the
help of a cochlear implant, a person conveniently perceives even loud sounds.
Therefore, children / adults wear the cochlear implant throughout the day,
which means that they are able to hear constantly.

Annotation: there is a lot of information about the fact that the history
of addiction began from very ancient times. Opium predates this by 600 years,
its sleeper effect being known to the Mediterranean ring in the 18th century
BC. Hippocrates, the father of pre-Christian medicine, used opium for the
purpose of curing diseases. In connection with the increase in drug addiction,
the supply of drugs to treatment institutions is increasingly decreasing. At the
beginning of the 19th century, Friedrich Serthuner in Germany and Arman
Segen in France received the drug morphium for the first time. They began to
take morphium from a certain variety of the poppy plant. Morphium has

In the 30s of the XIX century, the second drug opium-codeine is
obtained. It has analgesic properties. Over time, opium and its preparations
began to spread widely in Europe.
The substance is obtained in two different ways.
1. Drugs from various plants
2. Narcotic drugs obtained artificially from various chemicals contain
narcotic substances such as poppy seeds, hemp, and other plants. The
