Training of personnel in the field of defectology is carried out in a number of OSMS of our republic. In particular, personnel are being trained at the Tdpu, Kokand, Chirchik, Jizzakh, Namangan, Fergana, Nukus State Pedagogical institutes named after Nizami. There are 4 independent branches of defectology, Oligofrenopedagogy, Surdopedagogy, Logopedia and Tiflopedagogy. From these departments, training plans for Oligofrenopedagogics, Surdopedagogics and speech therapy areas are developed and personnel are being prepared today. Targeted reception has not yet been introduced in the tiflopedagogics direction. Surdopedagogics is engaged in the training of specialists in the field of education of deaf and weak hearing children. This direction has its own history of development and methodological foundations. In the direction of surdopedagogy, the Tdpu named after the Charter for the preparation of educational plans, training programs and working programs is the base institution. It is known that an important social factor in the development of deaf and weak hearing children is speech. The earlier attention is paid to the development of speech in these children, the more these children will be effectively ready to study in every aspect of continuous education. As a result of the first analytical work within the framework of the study, it was concluded that the process of teaching this module should include innovative technologies, in particular educational tasks designed for the use of computerized technologies in the organization of independent work of students.
