In Seattle, the business had experimented this grocery internet site, which had expanded significantly in the last five years. While looking at this situation, we can see the company's business strategy and operational capabilities that have an advantage over Safeway and Walmart.
Due to Amazon's engagement in the business, AmazonFresh has two key benefits over other online retailers of groceries a powerful web interface and the possibility of local storefronts. Amazon has been in the online shopping business for many years and has a wealth of experience. This experience provides a great opportunity for the company to grow its online platform.
