ANNOTATSIYA Kasb-hunar ta’limi sohasida davlat siyosati tubdan o’zgardi. Prezidentimiz tomonidan sohada tub islohotlarni amalga oshirish va zamonaviy professional ta’lim tizimini barpo etishning maqsad va ustuvor vazifalari, bir so’z bilan aytganda, sohaning yangi missiyasi belgilab berildi. Mazkur dissertatsiyada mavzuning dolzarbligi, maqsadi va vazifalari,ilmiy yangiligi,ishchanlik darajasi,tatqiqotni olib borish bosqichlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot muammosini o’rganilganlik darajasida respublikamiz va xorijda amalga oshirilgan tadqiqot ishlari sharhlangan va shu asosda tadqiqotning maqsad va vazifalari belgilangan. Mavzuga oid falsafiy, pedagogika va ilmiy manbalar, me’yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlarni o’rganish asosida yoshlarni kasbiy bilim va ko’nikmalarini shakllantirish muammosining tarixiy taraqqiyoti yoritib berilgan, professional ta’lim muassasalarida bo’lajak mutaxassislarni tayyorlashning me’yoriy huquqiy asoslari hamda kasbiy malakalar ramkasi tahlil qilingan. Tabaqalashtirilgan ta’lim dasturlari asosida o’qitish zaruriyati, mohiyati va tuzilishi, o’quvchi yoshlarda kognitiv va kasbiy kompetensiyani shaklantirishda differensial yondashuv, professional ta’lim muassasalarida tabafalashtirilgan yondashuv asosida bo’lajak mutaxassislar kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning zamonaviy texnologiyalari muallifning shaxsiy tajribasi asosida yoritilgan. ANNOTATION Public policy in the field of vocational education has changed radically. The President set the goals and priorities for the implementation of radical reforms in the field and the establishment of a modern system of professional education, in short, a new mission of the industry. This dissertation describes the relevance, goals and objectives of the topic, scientific novelty, level of activity, the stages of research. At the level of studying the research problem, the research work carried out in the country and abroad is commented, and on this basis, the goals and objectives of the research are defined. The historical development of the problem of formation of professional knowledge and skills of young people on the basis of the study of philosophical, pedagogical and scientific sources, normative and legal documents on the subject, the normative legal basis of training future professionals in professional educational institutions and professional the skill framework is analyzed. The need for, essence and structure of teaching on the basis of differentiated educational programs, differential approach to the formation of cognitive and professional competence in students, modern technologies for developing professional competence of future professionals on the basis of a differentiated approach in vocational education are described in the author's personal experience.
