Microteaching-1 M. A. in Tesol

What I wanted to achieve 
I wanted to achieve the learning outcome of the class and that was to give my students a clear 
understanding of adjectives and use of them in different situations. 
What I thought was successful 
All the actives were quite successful. Students enjoyed the activities. When they presented the 
last activity before the class I found the learning outcome successful. When we asked for the 
feedback to the supervisor after the class, he praised our class and commented that it was a 
very good class. It is evident that all the activities went smoothly and successfully. Only the 
problem of the class was time management problem although I had been able to implement all 
the activities in the class. 
What I feel was not so successful and how I would alter it when teaching similar things 
Since it was the second session of the class and the tasks and pictures were interesting, I faced 
no problem while executing. Nevertheless, I have to be careful about time management for the 
next class when teaching similar things. 
Conclusion 
This was one of the most challenging classes as the students were from different classes of 
different level. I had to be very careful handling the class and executing the tasks. But I learnt 
how to handle such a mixed ability classroom from this microteaching class which certainly 
helped me in the next classes.
