THE ROLE OF YOUTH IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE SCIENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN Keshelbayeva M. m.p.s. The modern youth of Kazakhstan is a subject of history, the Kazakh society discovered it for itself as a social value of a special kind. Today's youth is an exceptional and important factor in change, the bearer of new ideas. The youth of Kazakhstan is a generation that grew with the country, together with independence. Over the years, with their selfless work, in peace and harmony, with faith in themselves and the country, with a dream of a better future for their children, the older generation of Kazakhstan people has built an independent, rapidly developing, competitive and respected state in the world. It has created a solid foundation for Kazakhstan boys and girls to be equal among the best anywhere in the world. The future of any country is determined by the young generation, and in most states, youth policy is the main direction of investment, because it is crucial in creating a sustainable society in the future. Innovation is an implemented novelty that provides a qualitative increase in the efficiency of processes or products demanded by the market. The concept of innovation first appeared in scientific research of the XIX century. The concept of “innovation” received a new life at the beginning of the 20th century in the scientific works of the Austrian economist J. Schumpeter as a result of the analysis of “innovative combinations”, changes in the development of economic systems. The issue of the development of science is of great importance from the point of view of the competitiveness of the state and the construction of a knowledge economy. The human resources of science are being strengthened. An increase in the number of Kazakhstan youth in science is noted. Significant incentives for young scientists were state awards, personalized awards of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state scientific scholarships. These may include: state scientific scholarship for talented young scientists and scholarships: scholarship for young scientists named after M. Auezov, scholarship for young scientists named after D.Kunaev. In addition, there is the annual state youth award “Daryn”, which provides for the category “Science” in order to support young scientists. Comprehensive support for youth is also provided by the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation. These are annual: - Prizes for the best research in the field of science and technology - travel grants for participation in a scientific conference or scientific internship - research grants - competition "Scientists of the future" - competition "The Best Council of Young Scientists" - tournament "Science Slam" - Interdisciplinary summer school for young Kazakhstan scientists "Science school Kaskasu". In conditions of serious global competition, the determining factor in economic development is the innovation process, its speed, depth, volume. Today, Kazakhstan youth has significantly expanded their options: what to devote to and how to arrange their lives. Young people must learn to skillfully and effectively use knowledge and technology in everyday life. Currently, young people tend to see their professional future not in budget organizations, but in commercial firms, foreign companies involved in wholesale, finance, consulting, and auditing. A scientific career is often associated with a low standard of living, poor social security, in general, “failure”, as opposed to, for example, working in a large foreign company. Young people ranked, among the most acute problems that impede the development of science, first of all, vital living conditions: the impossibility of acquiring housing and the low level of wages. Secondly, young scientists are worried about the decline in the prestige of science in the country, the lack of a strategy for its development. Thirdly, the organization and |
