of what had happened in the spiritual realm and how they 
could be free. Later, we had amazing results with salvations 
and healings in the meetings where we spoke. 
Another time, in another country, I had a dream that 
some men in the leadership were having a homosexual rela-
tionship, and then I saw them red-faced and repenting. I told 
my husband and our pastor interpreter friend about the strange 
dream and they confirmed the unusual dream because our in-
terpreter had a similar dream as well. The next day, I preached 
on holiness and named many unholy practices and had them 
repent as a group by repeating after me a prayer of repentance. 
Later I knew that the Lord took care of this problem.
The Lord is so wonderful, marvelous, forgiving and 
merciful. There but for the grace of God is where we all stand, 
condemned, guilty and deserving judgment. Yet, He took our 
sins upon Himself, paid the price and has now given us a new 
and abundant life.
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered 
Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also 
freely give us all things (Rom 8:32)? 
He shed His blood to atone for all our sins. Since His 
resurrection, we have His name, His Word, His blood and the 
word of our testimony to lead us into victory. 
Dreams of Encouragement 
One of the outstanding dreams of encouragement in 
the Bible is the dream that Solomon had in which the Lord said 
to King Solomon: Ask! What shall I give you? Because of Solo-
mon’s humility in asking for a “hearing heart” the Lord gave 
him wisdom, riches, and honor. This reminds me of this text:

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will 
find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For eve-
ryone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, 
and to him who knocks, it will be opened (Matt. 
7:7,8). 
Just recently, while overseas preparing to teach at a 
leadership conference, the Lord gave me a dream that I was 
carrying a big bag of fertilizer and I was going about giving a 
portion of fertilizer to many young plants. The plants were only 
a few inches tall. That was the end of the dream. The interpreta-
tion was that the bag of fertilizer represented the Word of God.
The plants represented people who were eager to grow in the 
Lord. I knew the fertilizer would cause the plants to grow very 
well. I was merely dispensing what came from heaven. This 
dream was a big encouragement to me because the trip was 
quite difficult physically in this developing nation. 
Another encouraging dream I had was just before my 
husband and I were planning to visit a restricted access area. 
We had to wait for government approval. In the dream I ap-
proached the area, which was surrounded by a fence covered 
with purple flowers. I found a hole in the fence, crawled 
through and had marvelous fellowship with our friends.
