INTRODUCTION (Dissertation abstract)
The aim of the research work is to develop recommendations on the use of
positive Japanese experience based on a comparative
analysis of the systems of
general and vocational education in Uzbekistan and Japan.
The object of the research is the national system of general and vocational
education in Uzbekistan and Japan.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
defined the essence of the concepts of "junior specialist", "important
professional qualities", "the integration of education, science and industry", "global
trends", "the creative nature of vocational education"
by prioritizing approaches
general theoretical, general education,
vocational training, self-development and
achievement of goals, planning, regulating and formation of creative motivational
relationships;
improved the process of gradual integration
of systems of general and
vocational education on the basis of organizational-legal principles and
organizational-pedagogical requirements;
identified the existing trends in the development of general and vocational
education based on the priority of principles pedagogy (continuity,
fundamentalization,
competence, systematic and sequential) and purposefully
designed pedagogical approach (interdisciplinary and subjective integration,
modular, creative, acmeological);
developed the technology for determining the rating
of vocational education
institutions by applying hierarchical modeling according to the main criteria, such
as quality of education, teachers'
potential, access to textbooks, information and
communication technologies, material and technical base, employment graduates.
