2-TAJRIBA MASHG`ULOTI
MAVZU: Ammoniy persulfatda initsirlagan akrilonitrilning polimerlanishi. Reaktiv va asboblar: haydalgan akrilonitril (10 g), ammoniy persulfat (0.3 g), natriy tiosulfat (0.2 g), 500 ml sig`imli uch og`izli, qaytarma sovutgich va tomchilatma voronka bilan jihozlangan reaksion kolba (1 dona), suv hammomi, Bunzen kolbasi bor Byuxner voronkasi. Kolbada 40 ml suv, 0.3 g ammoniy persulfate va 0.2 g natriy tiosulfatdan iborat eritma tayyorlanadi. eritmaga 10 g akrilonitril qo`shiladi va mexanik qorgich bilan qorishtirib turilgani holda 60 0C li suv hammomida 4 soat qizdiriladi. Hosil bo`lgan polimer kukuni cho`ktiriladi. Byuxner voronkasida filtrlanib, sulfid ioniga nisbatan salbiy reaksiya berguncha iliq suv bilan chayiladi. Qaytarma sovutgich va qorgich bilan jihozlangan reaksion probirka. Poliakrilonitril 60 0C li quritish shkafida og`irligi o`zgarmay qolguncha saqlanadi. 1-topshiriq. Polimerning miqdori aniqlansin. 2-topshiriq. Polimer tarkibidagi nitril guruhlari miqdori gidrolizlash yo`li bilan topilsin. 3-topshiriq.
